Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (all in written and spoken);
• Business School Graduates or Degree holder;
• At least 6 months working experience in sales clerical duties and customer service under an European sales environment;
• Some experience in working with multinational companies and distribution business;
• Some experience in exports administration;
• Be meticulous and attentive to detail; and
• Must have excellent MS Office skills with experience in using ERP software an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• As a junior staff to assist the Spanish Sales Manager who is stationed in France to follow up on orders from Spanish speaking customers;
• Assisting in sales meetings with customers;
• Preparing quotes to customers worldwide;
• Data verification and entries of sales orders and its expedition;
• Preparation of commercial documents such as sales confirmation, delivery notes and invoices etc.;
• Handling customers’ inquiries on orders, schedules and shipments;
• Providing regular update and reports to customers on order status;
• Providing after sales services via email and/or by phone; and
• Preparing regular and ad hoc business reports for management.
