Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

• Responsible for achieving sales targets, distribution target and merchandising/visibility objectives in the designated area/channel.
• Provide constructive feedback on promotion effectiveness and make recommendations where necessary.
• Analyse market intelligence and report on competitors’ activities.
• Key account management role with wholesalers.
• Monitor inventory level with wholesalers and key dealers.
• Maximize product display and brand visibility in dealer stores.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with key customers in order to improve sales.
• Carry out sales administrative role, prepare sales orders, promotion approval, product pricing form, credit application form for the respective customers to the required standard.
• Actively seek new business opportunities to increase profits and channel penetration of PR products.
• Review closely with staff on their customers’ credit status, alert underlying credit risks and possible resolutions as appropriate.
• Ensure payment collection is in line with channel and company objectives.

Requirements:

• F.5 or DSE and above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in alcohol industry or FMCG
• Proven track record in exploring new business opportunities
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Presentable, outgoing, proactive with good attitude
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Computer literate
• Outdoor work is required
• Interested in wine & spirits
• Willing to work late hours
