    OBJECTIVES:

    To Achieve sales objectives of designated customer channels, and assist Sales Manager to develop and implement channel business strategies

     

    KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Develop channel business plan and conduct regular business reviews.

    - Regular customer visit chain stores ECP

    - Plan and execute channel promotion activities

    - Provide regular cmpetitive update

    - Conduct regular Sales analysis to evaluate promotion effectiveness and identify business opportunities

    - Drive trade merchandising programs

    - Co-work with Customer Channel Manager on OTC / chain store operation

     

    KEY AUTHORITIES

    - Exceed sales target overall and in key strategic product segments

    - Develop assigned channel to grow faster than average

    - Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly and accordingly to plan


    EDUCATION

    University graduate (preferably in Business or Commerce)

     

    EXPERIENCE

    - 3 to 8 years of key account management

    - Some trade marketing is advance

    - Optometry Eye care business background is advance

    - Self initiation and motivated

    - Sense of urgency

    - Good team player

    - Relationship building / management

    - Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills

    - Influencing and persuasion skills; negotiation for win-win solutions
