Job Description:
- Report to Regional CFO in HK
- Retail store daily sales comparison and monthly financial variance explanation
- Quarterly financial forecast and annual budget preparation
- Monitor daily cash flow, communicate with banks & group treasurer & prepare cash flow forecast report
- Check trip reports and stock adjustments
- Update monthly marketing & travel expenses
- Prepare investment proposal for new projects
- Coordinate annual stock take
- Liaise with insurance broker for insurance matters
- Communicate with tax consultant for tax issues
- Handle annual audit
- Ensure internal control in compliance with statutory requirement as well as group corporate governance policy
Qualification:
- Degree holder in accounting or qualified accountant or ACCA/HKICPA professional stage
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in accounting
- Knowledge in retail business and SAP is an advantage
- Good PC knowledge in Excel, Word, Chinese Word & PowerPoint
- Proficient in both written and spoken .English and Chinese
- Fluent Putonghua is an advantage
