ACCOUNTS CLERK

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting duties including cheque payment and invoicing
• Maintain record of receipts, payment, invoice and other reports.
• Assist in month end closing
• Support team in overall accounting duties
• Data input and assist in accounting team’s administration duties

Requirements

• F.5 or above with LCCI or basic accounting knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Chinese word processing and basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge on accounting system (such as MYOB) is preferred
