Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and business support to CFO in all financing, M&A projects and daily business activities
• Arrange & coordinate meetings, prepare related materials and minutes taking
• Able to prepare business correspondences, reports independently
• Perform ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned
• Travel to PRC occasionally is required 

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Degree holder preferable in Finance & Accounting or related disciplines
• 1-2 years related experience in serving senior executives
• Independent, self-motivated, presentable with good communication skill
• Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and be able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
