Job's duties:

• Act as the HR Representative for employee relations issues;
• implement employee engagement initiatives to create a collaborative work environment consistent with the Company's core values;
• full-cycle recruitment, compensation research & reviews, employee & labour relations, performance management, benefits & MPF administration, insurance & commission schemes
• involve functioning as a liaison to support & provide recommendations with a variety of HR disciplines such as Employee Relations, Policies & Procedures
• resolve payroll issues at various operating locations;
• create & run reports from payroll, time & attendance record.

Requirement:

• High Diploma / Degree in HRM
• with 5 years of hands-on experience in HR & Payroll Administration
• Good knowledge of HK employment ordinances & HR practices
• Detail-minded, well-organized, independent & self-motivates
• Good command of English and Chinese 

*5-day-work; immediate available will be an advantage.
