Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration or other disciplines
- 1-8 years work experience in recruitment service or other client service related business. Fresh graduate with hardworking mentality will also be considered
- Understand the entire process of recruitment service from candidate sourcing, matching, and evaluating, presenting profiles, arranging interviews to all follow-up work with clients and candidates.
- Able to build relationship with both clients and candidates so as to deliver outstanding quality services
- Achieve sales target and ensure continued growth of business from existing and new accounts
- Maintain accurate and complete records on all job orders and candidate personal files
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced and result-driven environment
