Responsibilities:
Handle full set of I/E documents
Liaise with clients and suppliers independently
Prepare quotation for clients and suppliers
Arrange shipment schedule
- Assist in general merchandising duties when needed
Provide full range of administrative duties for the Director
Scheduling and arrange all meetings and appointment for MD
Air ticket and hotel reservation
Requiriements:
- F.5 or above
- 2- 3 years relevant experience
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
Benefits:

- 5 days work (9:30am-6pm)
