Duties:-

• Perform external delivery and collection works 負責送件收件工作
• Control of goods in and out, re-pack if necessary then place order to courier companies
  處理貨物收發及安排速遞收件
• Update various status by using excel 用excel 更新不同進度表
• Issue shipment invoice and prepare packing list by using excel用excel預備出貨用的發 票及裝箱清單
• Clerical works (copy, scan, fax, filing) 一般文職工作
• Check arts with the instruction of Sale Admin team 核對稿件
• Handle general office works, and ensure pantry and samples rooms are kept clean and neat 負責辦公室雜務, 管理茶水房及樣品房整潔
• Handle outdoor works such as going to banks, post offices 須外勤如銀行, 郵局…

Profile:

• Form 5 or above
• 3 year similar experience
• Self starter, highly organized and detail oriented
• Fluent in Cantonese and able to read and write English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure, hardworking, polite and obedient
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good PC skills such as Word, Excel, Chinese PC and emails
