RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of the HR team to formulate effective policies on matters relating to manpower planning and development, compensation and benefits, training and development.
- Cover all Licensing and Administration functions to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Recommend procedures and guidelines to Management on matters concerning compliance of the employment legislation
- Provide leadership and direction to the HR and administration team in Hong Kong & PRC on all HR and administrative initiatives, ensuring existing and new corporate policies and procedures are implemented
- Ability to manage different Human Resources issues in PRC
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Master degree in HRM or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR, with at least 5 years at management capacity
- Well-versed with labour laws and practices in Hong Kong and PRC
- Fluent written & spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Good command of PC application by using MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Occasionally travel to PRC is required
