Responsibilities

Report to Customer Service Manager
- Lead Customer Service Officers to maintain service level in line with Standard Operation Procedures
- Handle customer comments, feedback and complaints for best solutions to build excellent customer service
- Work closely with internal departments to provide quality customer services
- Consolidate customer services statistics & reports and analyze the service standard performance and initiate enhancement
- Assist the Customer Service Manager on service administration and customer follow-up service
- Act as Management Representative of ISO 9001, updating and revising the QMS documents (ISO 9001 Quality Manual, Quality system procedures and other documentations)
- Prepare ISO management review meeting schedule and conduct management review meeting
- Review of quality policy periodically
- Any other projects / duties as assigned by superior
Requirement
- Diploma or above
- At least 3 - 4 years relevant working experience in customer service or sales administration field
- Previous experience as an internal audit user of ISO 9001 will be a definite advantage
- Detail and positive minded, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Customer and service oriented with good problem solving skill
- Strong passion for delivering a positive customer experience
- Initative, energetic, confident, accountable and able to work independently
