Our client is one of the Australia’s largest indoor trampoline parks operator. To cope with their business expansion outside of Australia, they are about to open their first operation in Hong Kong and are now looking for energetic, amazing and active candidate to join them as the Experience Manager.

Skills & Experience

Must have:

• Worked in an experience orientated business (e.g. entertainment, recreation or sports)
• Keen interest in health, adventure, sports and fitness programs
• High energy
• Charismatic and engaging character
• Exceptional organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities
• Relationship building and management skills
• Ability to improve business performance through meeting set KPI’s (including labour)
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• End-to end HR Management
• Flexibility to work across week and weekends
• Physical stamina

• Managed multiple teams with distinct responsibilities
• Experience dealing with OHS and WorkCover reporting
• Designed/delivered new recreation programs
