    Job Descriptions:

    • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to GM;
    • Arrange calendar, executive meetings, business appointments, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently;
    • Manage daily workflows and business correspondence independently including preparation of letters, essays, memos, reports, proposals and minutes;
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines;
    • With secretarial/administrative or relevant experience, preferably in financial industry, fresh graduates will also be considered;
    • Mature, organized, self-motivated, details-oriented and able to work independently;
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with knowledge of PRC practice is a plus;
    • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
    • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
