Responsibilities

• Providing daily secretarial support and administrative duties; for examples: phone answering, mailing, filing, data entry and taking minutes for meetings
• Maintaining executives' appointment schedule, coordinate and prepare for meetings, presentations and organizational activities, assist in achieving objectives and deadlines on a daily basis
• Perform full spectrum of administrative functions including office facilities and equipment maintenance, office supplies, fixed assets, company events and staff functions
• Assist in HR tasks including job interviews arrangement and Accounting tasks including bookkeeping
• Other ad-hoc tasks / projects when necessary

Qualification Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under a fast-paced working environment
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; calendar software)
• Immediately available is preferred
