Our Client, a leading Relocation Services provider is seeking to recruit an experienced International Assignment Consultant to join their team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will manage the delivery of the entire International Relocation/Assignment process for key corporate clients and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service to be in accordance with service level agreements.

Responsibilities include:

• Being the first point of contact for all the relocation-related matters for the assignees.
• Counselling the assignees on their relocation entitlements and conducting need assessment for their relocation-related requirements including housing preferences, household goods movement, schooling requirements, language training needs etc.
• Handling enquiries from corporate clients on current rules and regulations and status on individual cases
• Coordinating with various departments and vendors for the delivery of all authorised services and ensuring client’s service specification is met.
• Coordinating with different parties for submission of accurate client-specific reports.
• Proactively update relevant stakeholders for potential challenges and provide viable options for resolution
• Ensure invoicing and collection, coordinating with accounting team
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management
• Work at client’s office and carry out immigration service duties as deemed required by the business
  

Requirements:

• University degree preferred
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English; command in additional languages would be advantageous
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in handling relocation-related services in an in-house or vendor role
• Customer-oriented with excellent listening and consultative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft environment/Internet
• Knowledge of back ground in Compensation and Benefit would be an advantage.
