    Our Client, a leading Relocation Services provider is seeking to recruit an experienced Associate Director to join their team in Hong Kong.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    •             Managing multiple office locations to maintain a balance of service quality and productivity

    •             Plan and establish workflow processes that promote efficient/productive cost and delivery of global assignment management services, which exceed client and assignee expectations

    •             Train and reinforce standard and client specific workflow processes based on best global practices

    •             Organise training to ensure technical competency of operations staff across the board

    •             Monitor team performance through constant review of customer satisfaction scores and feedback

    •             Conduct detailed root cause analyses, identify areas of improvement, suggest corrective measures, ensure full implementation and measured results

    •             Design and conduct audits on work flows, data integrity and other global processes that are required by the company

    •             Prepare operational budgets, manage caseloads and assign appropriate levels of resources for individual clients

     

    Requirements:

    •             5 years of global relocation/assignment management experience, including operational management experience

    •             Experience in managing and leading a diverse team across cultures and geographical locations

    •             Strong understanding of business application technology

    •             Strong ability to lead teams, recruit, manage, mentor and develop staff

    •             Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills

    •             Financial/Accounting knowledge, previous responsibility for P&L is an advantage

    •             Excellent oral and written communication skills

    •             Strategic planning abilities

    •             Global living/working experience a plus
