Responsibilities:
- Report to the Assistant General Manager of Corporate Insurance for the major corporate accounting services and business development under the employee benefits and MPF categories
- Monitor renewal portfolios and secure major renewal cases
- Provide on-the job training and coaching to subordinates, monitor the sales force workflow, and achieve individual sales targets
- Develop distribution channels and ensure sales persistency as well as develop strategic business partnership with special channels to explore sales opportunity
- Liaise with insurer, prepare for the quotation and conduct analysis
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, possessed FLMI qualification/ passed LOMA examination will be an advantage
- At least 5 years working experience in the employee benefits field
- Exposure to Marketing & placement in Group Medical is essential
- Life and MPF experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skill, detail-minded and well-organized
- Customer-oriented and a good team player
- Immediate available is highly preferred
