Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of corporate finance activities includes preparing financial modeling, valuation, risks assessment, transaction structuring, due diligence, project coordination, execution & management
• Liaise with external parties including bankers, financial institutes and co-investors
• Perform ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned
• Report to CFO directly

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance & Accounting or related disciplines; Master preferred
• Around 3 years relevant managerial experience in financial institutions/investment banks
• Strong knowledge in capital market operation in HK/PRC
• CFA holder is definitely an advantage
• Independent, mature, strong analytical and communication skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
