It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds.   

Our Direct Sales Team located in our Chater House office provides professional advice to our valued individual clients to service their investment needs.

Currently, we are seeking a Client Documentation Specialist to provide overall support on client documentations and enquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as primary contact for clients in handling documentation enquiries
• Reviewing KYC checklist, and following up with clients on the completion and return of outstanding documents
• Liaising with internal control parties throughout the client onboarding and documents collection process
• Visiting clients in-person to collecting documents when necessary
• Maintaining client records, preparing data for reportings and analytics
• Assisting the team in projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 2 years of client servicing or documentations experience from Banks, or other Financial Institutions
• Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent telephone manner, comfort in communicating with people at all levels
• Fluent in both written and verbal English and Cantonese, and an ability to articulate information and solutions to clients. Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, as well as a strong team player
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, plus half day on alternate Saturdays
