Interior Designer

Responsibilities: 

• Carry out design from concept to practical completion

• Handle full set of design drawings and details for presentations

• Site supervision and coordination with clients and sub-contractors

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in interior design

• Able to develop concepts, using good design sense and instincts.

• Strongly skillful in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator & Photoshop.

• Willing to work overtimes, under pressure, meet tight schedule and able to handle multiple tasks

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage

• Fresh Graduate will also be considered

Draftsman

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the rendering of technical drawings and designs

• Handle full set of design drawings and details

• Prepare tender design sketch and drawings for all E&M facilities, building renovation & fitting-out projects

• Keep up-dated drawings and manage drawing files

• Assist in on-site checking and measurement, checking quality and progress of works

• Assist team to complete drawings and tasks

• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements: 

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Architecture / Interior Design

• Minimum 1 year or above experience

• Familiar with architecture/ interior design, E&M facilities, building renovation & fitting-out works in commercial and retail properties

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max & other design based skills

• Proficient in producing free hand drawing and construction detailed drawing

• Willing to work overtimes, under pressure, meet tight schedule and able to handle multiple tasks

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
