Project Manager 

Scope of Major Duties:

l  Assist in project implementation and delivery within the defined schedule, cost and quality standards of the assigned development; 

l  Assist to liaise and collaborate with government authorities, external consultants, contractors and internal services/operation departments; 

l  Assist to manage, plan and monitor the execution of projects from inception to handover; 

l  Assist to manage consultants and contractors; 

l  Produce programmes and manage contractual issues; 

l  Ensure the programmes and countdown schedules are fully coordinated and communicated to all parties; 

l  Attend meetings to report progress and resolve project related issues; 

l  Visit site through the projects in order to monitor progress of the project and take action where necessary to correct non-compliance; 

l  Coordinate site matters and report progress, financial status and other major issues of the project; 

l  Checking and reporting that quality standard, authority submissions and all health and safety requirements are being adhered to; 

l  Contribute to in-house projects by assisting with design coordination, development and detailing, produce and/or review shop drawings, finishes schedule, FF&E selections and specifications.

Requirements:

l  Higher diploma or above in Architecture, Building, Construction, and/or Civil and Structural Engineering; 

l  Minimum 5 years on site experience in the field of construction and project management; 

l  Knowledgeable with building regulations, statutory government procedures and building contract administration in Hong Kong; 

l  Has experience in overseeing a project (hotel redevelopment/A&A) from commencement to completion is an advantage; 

l  Able to critically scrutinize contract documents and drawings; 

l  Technical knowledge of architectural drawings and specifications; 

l  Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office; 

l  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; 

l  Immediate available will be an advantage.
