Responsibilities:
-Real estate, management,investment and development, and implementation of company strategies.

-knowledgeable of China market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of Real estate market

-Gather and analyze customer tends to assist in developing and implementation of sales and marketing startegy.
-Motivate and lead a high performance management team to achieve the common goal
-Handle ad-hoc task as required to support CEO

Requirements:
-More than 10 years of related working experience in Real estate management field 
-Experience in China business and Real estate Operation  

-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-Well-organized, methodical, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
-Good management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
-Station in China is required.
