Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of presentation, tender and construction drawings independently
- Prepare general building plan for submission
- Conduct construction site inspection to meet the standards and compliances in a timely process
- Report and follow up the rectification of non-compliance works by contractors
Job Requirements
- Registered Architect in Hong Kong
- At least 4 years working experience in commercial projects preferred
- Capable in preparation of design and details drawings independently
- With hands on experience in documents preparation to Buildings Department is preferred
- Proficient User in AutoCAD
- Good command in both spoken and written in Chinese and English
