• Degree in Civil Engineering + 4 years of experience in the supervision of road & drainage works;
• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering + 8 years of experience in the management of road & drainage works;
• Diploma in Vocation Education Programme (Construction Stream) + 12 years of experience in the management or supervision of road & drainage works;
