• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Membership of a Professional Institute such as MRICS/ MHKIS/ RICS is preferable;
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience with a main contractor working on large scale infrastructure projects;
• Must good at contract administration, claims preparation and excellent in quantity surveying skills. Strong sense in budgeting, commercial and contractual aspects;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;
• Mature, independent, initiative, co-operation and positive working attitude.
