• Degree holder in interior design or architectural studies
• Minimum 3-5 years solid working experience with at least 2 years in managerial level leading projects
• ŸExperience in conceptual design and working drawing production; review and analyze designs, drawings, and documents from a technical and aesthetic standpoint
• ŸProactive; strong organization, team leadership, project and time management; good presentation, supervisory and communication skills
• ŸAbility to lead a supporting team, and to work independently in a fast paced environment
• ŸKeep updated on latest trends, technology, materials 
• ŸEstablish a set of practical design standards and assist in ensuring the delivery of quality projects
• ŸExposure in the field of fashion retail and visual merchandising a plus
