Responsibilities:

• Site-in-charge and daily operation of the company’s properties. 
• To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all building facilities and first class services are delivered to tenants and customers.
• Monitor large-scale A&A works, renovation work and maintenance projects will be key responsibilities as well.
• Assist the client to handover the new premises, assess the equipment conditions and prepare a defect list for onward submission
• Supervise the performance of maintenance contractors on quality and services level
• Handle the process of budgeting, tendering and supervision for major repairing and maintenance work
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant experience with supervisory position in E&M maintenance work
• Good command in writing and speaking both English and Chinese
• Capable in PC applications in MS Office, Photoshop
• Able to work under pressure
• Experience in property / facilities management field is preferred
• Immediately Available is preferred
