- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or Building Surveying.

- 2 years or above property & facilities management experience.

- EMSD electric licence Grade B an advantage.

- Computer literate including AutoCad.

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.

- Candidates with more experience/ higher qualifications will be considered for the post of Senior Maintenance Officer.
