Responsibilities:

• Handle in-and-out mail, telephone calls, and general receptionist and admin duties
• Provide all-rounded secretarial support (including personal affairs) to senior management
• Manage business & social calendar, travel schedules 
• Occational business trip to Mainland China with senior management
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Diploma or above
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese, good written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Mainland Chinese business culture will be an advantage
• Honest, dependable, multi-tasking, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availablity is preferred
