Responsibilities:

• Provides insightful analysis, notional analysis, internal and external benchmarking of key metrics in operational performance and drive action plans to Senior Head
• Analyze business performance against the goals and budget and take appropriate actions in order to meet budget sales performance
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and expand business network in order to meet the responsible department budget sales target
• Ensure the operational procedures and workflow of the responsible department in compliance with local regulatory and QA policies and procedures of food safety and product quality
• Identify all opportunities and threats as well as competitive edges of the current business making recommendations for management review
• Provide mentorship, coaching, training and leadership to the middle management team in the Food and Beverage Business Unit to enabling staff discharging their duties professionally

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Business Administration, Catering, hospitality management or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ F&B related experience in hotel, catering, or club house in which 3 years at supervisory level
• Customer oriented, proactive & tactful in dealing with people
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
