3 specific functions of Aircraft Dispatch and Station Control Department as follows:

Turnaround Coordinator (Ref: TRC/JDB)

• Coordinate with other service providers on the apron in regards of catering unloading and uplift, aircraft cabin cleaning and so on to meet precision flight schedule
• Observe safety and security regulations and procedures and be alert at all time to prevent accident on the ramp 

Flight Planning Officer (Ref: FPO/JDB)

• Prepare and check Computer Flight Plan, NOTAM and weather information of enroute /destination/ alternates for the assigned flight and perform flight crew briefing
• Provide flight operation and aircrew administration services

Load Controller (Ref: LC/JDB)

• Responsible for pre-flight preparation and accurate loadsheet compilation of the assigned flight
• Plan load distribution with reference to rules and regulations governing stowage of special load, dangerous goods and weight limitations for ensuring aircraft safety and operations efficiency

The Person

• HKCEE or equivalent
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Sensitive to figures and detail-minded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Great degree of flexibility and able to work independently in compliance with proper procedure
• Willing to perform shift duty and overtime work in the airport
• Knowledge of aircraft weight and balance, principal of ramp safety and general passenger handling procedures is a definite asset for applying the position of Load Controller
