Key Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible to formulate the business planning and execute the brand strategies and programs to maximize business build up the brand in great china market.
• Analysis market situation and develop market share statistics, such as business opportunities, target customers, market competition, emerging trends and legal/regulatory concerns
• Develop the sales team in great china to achieve assigned the sales target
• Oversee the manage the logistics operations of the and inventory control

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably overseas educated
2. Minimum 8 - 10 years of hands-on sales management experience especially on beverage business
3. Excellent relationship building and management skills with china customers
4. Hands-on, self-motivating, passionate and aggressive
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
