- Implement strategic plans to guarantee the safety and security of all guests and team members
- Set up safety policies and practices to ensure operations are safe for all guests and team members
- Be alert and prevent potential problems and hazards on fire and safety in the property
- Establish a program of regular fire training which encompasses training on fire response and use of firefighting equipment
- Develop, implement and monitor preventative measures to avoid potentially hazardous situations
- Work closely with the Property Operations Fire Engineers to ensure all systems are properly maintained
- Minimum 3 years of Fire and Safety experience in casino or hotel
- Stationed in Macau
