The Job:

• Handle order processing, customer enquiry, sales quotation, inventory and delivery planning
• Coordinate customer orders
• Provide regular reports and analysis for sales dept.
• Support sales team and manager

The Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• At least 2 years relevant experience in distribution 
• Strong customer service manner & communication skills, good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Good computer literacy including MS Office, Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成)
• Preferable SAP is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsible, cooperative, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure 
• Willing to go extra-mile type of strong team member work ethic
• Candidate with Lower experience maybe considered as Customer Service Coordinator
