About the job:

The AX specialist will report directly to Director, IT Operations and be the Helpdesk based at the regional office in HK. The right candidate will handle requests from several sites in Asia as well be a key person when opening new markets. The company is in a rapid growth and requiring IT services to be delivered in agile and consistent way. This individual will also create, enhance and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders to optimize communications and cooperation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively coordinate, manage, solve and monitor all ERP related tasks/tickets coming into our ITSM system for the Asia region
• Categorizing incidents correctly to aid data collection and analysis.
• Providing L2-L3 incident management and problem management – on and off site.
• Root cause analysis.
• Provide input to design specifications and in some cases write the design specifications.
• Transform incidents to change requests, if applicable.
• Provide input to how application use can be improved based on processed incidents.
• Processing of incidents in a timely fashion.
• Provide input to standard operating procedures, training materials etc. based on experience gained from incident management
• Assist with functional, process and integration testing.
• Supporting and assisting with future software implementations and upgrades
• Support on configuration of new AX entities
• Routing of incidents to Group ERP / external consultants – and follow-up.
• Ensure the highest level of service within the IT department ERP deliverables
• Closely cooperate with relevant stakeholders to create/improve ITIL processes/Policies and document them
• Establish relevant KPI’s together with IT Director
• Supporting the migration of data from a variety of systems and locations
• Producing detailed reports for customers and clients
• AX Training/introduction to new employees 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems with minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Must be knowledgeable on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 (2012)
• Able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
• Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills
• Excellent communication and Positive interpersonal skills, Team Player
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
• Proficient in MS Office suites, ITIL, LEAN certifications will be a plus
• Self-motivated, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities       
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Dynamics AX modules
• Excellent customer service/ Service-minded
• Strong skills in both AX Finance and AX Supply chain
• Experience with working in an incident management system
• Able to work with external consultants
• Structured approach to root cause analysis and resolution
