Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolution on system
• To maintain and monitor Game Server and Game application
• Maintenance of Cisco network equipment, which includes routers, firewall and LAN switches
• Manage and Implement IT infrastructure network and systems
• Analyze, trouble shoot and provide solution for any system and network issues

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Familiar with PC software & hardware, Office Applications, Windows OS, Linux and Unix systems
• Good knowledge of Broadband technologies, Internet, TCP/IP, Web, DNS, Email and MRTG
• Solid experience in Cisco / Check Point / Juniper devices
• Holder of CCNA and MCSE is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, well-organized and good Communication skills are essential
