Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for carrying out techncial support work and daily operation tasks including support phone and email  handling.

- Providing effective, efficient and quality IT support services to clients.

- Team coordination between business/ technical/ internal/ external parties.

- Assist in Confinguration and Diagnostic for clients.

Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years working experience in the field of Engineering or Computing;

- Knowledge in Endpoint Security Solutions and Computer Networking are preferred;

- In-depth Knowledge in maintaining PC and Server, windows network is an advantage;

- Good interpersonal skill, independent and self-motivated

- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Able to handle Telephone call support
