- Lead and supervise predictive and descriptive analytics based solutions for
- Customer Segmentation
- Statistical Models across customer Lifecycle/ Acquisition/ Attrition / Cross-Sell / Upsell Propensity Models
- Customer Lifetime Value
- Pricing Analytics
- Web Analytics & Recommender systems
- Next best action & offer Optimization
- Trigger marketing
- Telematics
- Ability to Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
- Create new insights from predictive statistical modeling activities that target and deliver value to our clients.
- Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields; MBA helpful
- With at least 7 years of general business experience, including 3-4 years of quantitative analysis in a business setting, including building statistical models
- Solid skill in customer segmentation and using propensity model to analyse date and design campaign to support the business
- Strong ability to collect, structure, analyze & report on quantitative and qualitative information to help make meaningful business decisions
- Extensive experience in data analysis or statistical analysis
- Experience in structured problem solving assignments and have strong project management and people management skills
