Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Develop and deliver highly relevant digital transformation services to customers in the Insurance  and Financial Sectors
• Be responsible for working with clients across business and IT to understand current marketing and advertising technology landscape versus their capabilities and needs.
• Implement changes to client business operations and technology to achieve target business benefits
• Ensure high quality deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years working exprience and a minimum 2 years’ experience with Life, Property and Casualty or Health Insurance; or experience in the Core Banking, Retail Banking and Commercial Baning areas
• Working experience on the following process or operations:
• Sales and distribution
• Marketing
• Product & Pricing
• Customer services and operations
• Minimum of 3 years digital consulting experience including emerging digital technologies; working on the following emerging digital technologies:
• Digital channels for distributors and customers (web, mobile, etc.)
• Integrated customer experience across physical and digital channels (web, mobile, call centre, branch/service centre)
• Digital marketing, web analytics
• Social media monitoring
• Big data - applying on big data to improve business performance
• Knowledge on digital technology solutions (e.g., saleforce.com, Pega system, Callidus cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM) would be an advantage
• Experience as business analyst, process analyst, test analyst, change management analyst, lead system analyst would be an advantage
