Job Description:

• Responsible for providing day-to-day IT helpdesk support for end-users;
• Solve IT problem and call for maintenance services if necessary;
• Responsible for general IT documentation;
• Liaise with project team on requirement of PC, software and so on;
• Coordinating and arranging technical support service activities

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent;
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in network and customer supporting in IT industry;
• Experience with construction company IT support preferred;
• Strong PC proficiency including PC/Server hardware & software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Mature, self-motivated, good team player and able to work Independently;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
