Helpdesk Support Engineer
Job Requirements:- IT certificate or Diploma holder or related discipline
- At least 2 year experience in Helpdesk/hardware maintenance & installation is an advantage- Provide Helpdesk function to Windows desktop, email, usage problem and help to resolve
application problem through onsite and remote support
- Have working knowledge of MS Windows 2K, XP, 2003, Vista, 7 / Linux and other microsoft applications software.
- Good communications skills.- Willing to work as a member of a quality service team
