    Helpdesk Support Engineer 

    Job Requirements:

    - IT certificate or Diploma holder or related discipline
    - At least 2 year experience in Helpdesk/hardware maintenance & installation is an advantage

    - Provide Helpdesk function to Windows desktop, email, usage problem and help to resolve

      application problem through onsite and remote support 
    - Have working knowledge of MS Windows 2K, XP, 2003, Vista, 7 / Linux and other microsoft applications software.
    - Good communications skills.

    - Willing to work as a member of a quality service team
