Job Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support to users on the use of desktop software and IT equipment
- Install and upgrade desktop hardware, software and peripherals
- Onsite setup and configuration of PC equipment
- Handle server backup operations and IT inventory
- Document filing and monthly bill handling
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Prefer to have 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support (Hardware & Software)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/MCSE/CCNA is an advantage
