Responsibilities:

• Assist in project management, application implementation, new business implementation or technology enhancement of IT systems and solutions
• Convert user requirements into solution. Workout functional business requirement specifications, interface or system configuration specifications
• Prepare test plan, perform and support testing on application and assist business user to perform UAT
• Assist in analyze and implement process improvement initiatives, keep tracking the change requests and provide status report to management
• Accountable for delivery to ensure timeline, costing and functional performance meet business requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in working with POS, ERP or Finance system
• Good questioning technique and be able to communicate business problems and solutions effectively with business users and IT staff
• Solid project experience and able to handle complex issue independently
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in using report development tools (Hyperion, Crystal Report, etc) and be able to compile simple SQL statement is preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
