Responsibilities

• Formulate operating policies and procedures to align with the business objective
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to review and develop operation flow for improvement in operational efficiency and control
• Work with vendors to maintain and improve IT infrastructure, manage the IT Network Administration
• Handle IT related projects and other ad hoc projects
• Supervise the Assistant Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient warehouse and delivery operation
• Supervise the Assistant Personnel and Administration Manager to ensure efficient office operation

 Requirements:

• University degree holder
• 5 years of solid experience in information technology, system implementation and administrative operations
• Prior experience in managing warehouse and logistic operations is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
