Responsibilities :

• Develop and customize POS system to cater for the business operation and requirement on a regular basis
• Able to analyse the business needs and translate the requirements through making program changes
• Lead the implementation of new POS system in retailing environment, particular for high fashion and food and beverage businesses
• Develop and set up the proper master data structure to facilitate business analysis and report generation
• Review overall data security and develop procedure to mitigate the risk of leakage
• Work with operation to maintain complete and updated master data

Qualification:

• University graduate
• 10 years’ experience in development and maintenance of POS software from master data to program functionalities
• Experience in leading new POS system implementation for retail business in high fashion and Food and Beverages environment
• Good understanding of the business requirements of retailing in both HK and PRC
• Familiar with POS software such as Microsoft Dynamic and/or TT 
• Good spoken Mandarin
