Requirement and responsibilities

• Handle full set of shipping, LC and Export bills document
• Co-ordinate with forwarder, transportation company and China factory regarding shipment arrangement.
• Consolidate shipment from various sources under tight schedule
• Ability to sustain within multi-tasks environment
• Familiar with I/E declaration; export license requirements and ROCARS
• Carry out administrative work and shipping related accounting function such as data input
• Experience in 5 years related working experiences in manufacturing fields with electronics industries.
• Form 5 or above or Certificate of Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Endurance; responsible and able to stand work pressure.
• Proficient in PC knowledge/Putonghua
• 5 Day work week
