Responsibilities 

• Handle and process marine insurance claims, mainly in Cargo & Logistics.
• Claims presentations, negotiation and collection.
• Provide technical advice and communicate with clients, insurers and other parties.
• Liaison with and provide claims information to broking teams and other departments in Group offices as necessary.
• Prepare reports as required.  

Requirements 

• Previous exposure in marine insurance or freight forwarding preferred. Candidates with solid experience can be considered for the post of Claims Broker.
• Holder of a recognised college diploma or above.
• A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
