Business Coordinator – Customer Services (Zippers)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up local and overseas email orders and daily inquires.
- Co-operate with Purchasing Order team, Shipping team and Finance team to catch up tight delivery schedule.
- Perform good customer service, complains solving, establish relationship with customers.
- Support general office work, phone inquiries and any ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements :
- F.7 or above with at least 3 years solid working experience in customer service, preferably in garment, zipper & trim products industry.
- Good Zipper knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using ERP system and PC skills including MS office.
- Responsible, self-motivated, independent, willing to learn and positive attitude
- Good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
- Immediately available is preferred.
