Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities at the Sales & Customer Service team
• Support Marketing team on daily operation.
• Monitor the performance of Sales & Customer Service team to ensure high quality of service
• Capture and action customer feedback with appropriate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide training to the Sales & Customer Service team with professional customer service skills
• Reviews working procedures or workflow on a regular basis and recommends enhancement or automation on such if deemed necessary
• Compiles management information reports and analysis from the department
• Improve and maintain CRM system
• Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or Communications or business related field or related disciplines
• Previous relevant experience in travel agent will be an advantage
• Strong common sense, analytical and communication skills
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Less qualification & experience will be considered as Officer or Assistant
• Immediately available is preferred
