Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities at the Sales & Customer Service team
- Support Marketing team on daily operation.
- Monitor the performance of Sales & Customer Service team to ensure high quality of service
- Capture and action customer feedback with appropriate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide training to the Sales & Customer Service team with professional customer service skills
- Reviews working procedures or workflow on a regular basis and recommends enhancement or automation on such if deemed necessary
- Compiles management information reports and analysis from the department
- Improve and maintain CRM system
- Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements- Degree holder in Marketing or Communications or business related field or related disciplines
- Previous relevant experience in travel agent will be an advantage
- Strong common sense, analytical and communication skills
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Less qualification & experience will be considered as Officer or Assistant
- Immediately available is preferred
